How to Top-up Equity Prepaid Card from an ATM

  • Go to the nearest Equity bank ATM
  • Insert your Visa card and enter your pin
  • Select Visa Direct
  • Select account type
  • Enter your 15 digit prepaid card serial number 
  • Enter amount you wish to top up
  • You will get a receipt from the machine
