St Georges School Girls Suspended over Lesbianism

Ten Form 4 students of St. George’s Girls’ Secondary School which is a Public Provincial Girls’ Boarding School in Nairobi Province have been suspected of engaging in lesbianism. Five of them have been expelled from school. The school was started in 1986 as a Mixed Day School but later converted to a Girls’ Boarding School when the boys were relocated to Nairobi Milimani Secondary School.

The school has over 900 girls currently with 5 classes each. The girls come  mainly from Nairobi. The school's performance in National exams through the years has been very good.

The suspended girls allegedly spent a night in one room engaging in lesbian sex at the city school. They however claim that they had been studying and could not go back to their dorms due to heavy rain downpour.
