Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Are Expecting Their Second Child

On tonight's mid-season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian made the announcement fans have been waiting months for—she's finally expecting her second child with Kanye West, E! reports.

Kardashian has been completely forthcoming about her desire to get pregnant again—from telling her sisters she and West were having sex "500 times a day" to filming her fertility treatments for the reality show. On tonight's episode, a teaser for the second half of the show's 10th season showed Kardashian telling sister Khloe that she received some big news at her latest doctor's appointment: "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"
